Hi

I was looking for some suggestions for a DB I'm working on.. I'll cut to give you the rundown.

Tables

Customers Information (ie. Business Name, Address, phone, fax, contact.)
Machine (ie. Model, SN)
Meter (ie. Model, SN)
Scale (ie. Model, SN)

All tables have a Primary Key of Customer Number.

The tables are already populated with records.

Query's

Look-Up Customer by Name
Look-Up Customer by Customer Number
Look-Up Machine Model (Gives me a list of all customers in town using a given model)
Look-Up Machine SN (Gives me Complete Customer information including, Machine and other equipment)
Look-Up Meter Model (Same as Machine counterpart above.)
Look Up Meter SN (Same as Machine counterpart above.)
Look-Up Scale Model (Same as Machine counterpart above.)
Look Up Scale SN (Same as Machine counterpart above.)

Forms (All open in Edit Mode)

Look-Up Customer by Name
Look-Up Customer by Customer Number
Look-Up Machine SN (Gives me Complete Customer information including, Machine and other equipment)
Look Up Meter SN (Same as Machine counterpart above.)
Look Up Scale SN (Same as Machine counterpart above.)

Reports

Look-Up Machine Model (Gives me a list of all customers in town using a given model)
Look-Up Meter Model (Same as Machine counterpart above.)
Look-Up Scale Model (Same as Machine counterpart above.)

Now All parts are Functional for existing records, But When trying to add a customer, it "LOOKS" like it worked, (I verify new record in all tables) hit save to be on the safe side, But when I do a query on the New Customer, or any of their information I get a blank respose as record not found.

Why would that be?

I've also tried closing the DB and reopening, then running a query on the new entry with same response... record not found.

Any suggestions?

Oh and I'm New to this group, so Hi!! *Waves*

My Sanity Thanks you in advance for your suggestions.
